Replacement of a large Flexible Membrane Gas Holder

Due to a failed inner membrane, our engineers developed this project to include:

• Isolation of the existing gas holder
• Temporary diversion of Biogas to ensure continued site operation
• Nitrogen purging of the existing gas membrane
• Removal of all existing materials responsibly
• Survey and repair of existing concrete base
• Survey and internal CCTV of existing gas lines to and from the gas holder
• Installation of a new gas holder, blowers and gas detection system
• Nitrogen purging of new gas holder
• Survey and testing of lightning protection systems
• Returning the new gas holder to full operation
